Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
